First place to check: the headers of the emails. Make sure they are passing
through your primary MX machine.
Second place to check: syslogs on the primary MX. Make sure it is
processing the emails, scanning them etc and not doing something unhelpful
like whitelisting them because they come from your secondary MX...
No point really looking at the syslogs on the secondary MX, because yoou're
not trying to do any scanning there.
