Spamassassin upgraded

Hello,

Firstly I apologize and have been following along on most mailings but this
may have been brought up already...

We are running RH 7.3, MS 4.21-9 and I recently upgraded SpamAssassin using
the tar format as recommended recently. However, now I believe that our mail
is not spam scanned... here is an example of the headers from previous mail
that was marked as spam and resent after the upgrade. As mentioned in other
mailings I have not changed the mailscanner.conf file. My log files indicate
"Aug 27 11:31:01 pilx MailScanner[26561]: Spam Checks: Starting

"Where else do I need to check?
