Help with bayes scores in SA 2.55

Hi

I have very little knowledge of how the Bayes scoring works, however a
client of ours is having their e-mail scored with

BAYES_80 and as a result their e-mail is being flagged as SPAM.

If there is a website that explains their scoring or if anyone knows more
I'd like to hear about it
