config issue?

Blahhhhh - I can't get messages marked as {SPAM} to be deleted. The
messages are getting "tagged" correctly but are still delivering to the
mailbox.

Looking at the client side I can see the emails are going through the mail
filter. From the server side (maillog) here's what I see.

Any ideas?

Great - now that spam actions has been clarified, much appreciated!

"What does your maillog say? That will contain error reports.
And there's no reason to "wait and see", just restart/reload MailScanner
and check your maillog."

Sorry I did not include - the maillog looks like all is well. It does not
report any issues.

I've also looked at running processes and notice both mailscanner and
sendmail are running. When a inbound email hits the mailscanner here are
the results...

It wasn't the quotes he was talking about, it was "Spam Actions" versus
"Spam Action". What does your maillog say? That will contain error reports.
And there's no reason to "wait and see", just restart/reload MailScanner
and check your maillog.
