Does anyone have a working Panda?

Hi.

I'm trying to get the Panda Software antivirus engine running on a Linux
system (Slackware 8.1), and I get segmentation faults when running the
command line scanner pavcl.

Anyone else seen this?   Worked out why?   Solved it?
