Sobig getting tagged as spam not virus

Hi

Rather than force the process of checking could it be possible to have an
option whereby

# This could be the name of a ruleset
Checking precedence = virus file spam

Then if a ruleset was applied

To: *@udcom.com file virus spam
To: *@abc.net           spam file virus
To: default             virus file spam

Maybe I'm off the beaten track but wanted to offer my opinion
