How to avoid bounce using fake "From" header

I don't think that would work either.  If an email is composed with all of
the recipients being BCC's, the To: is the same as the From:  I'm just
thinking out loud.

Well a From header which is the same as the To header, or where the From is
a local domain could be marked as bogus.
