        You might try the following option in the MailScanner.conf file (I am using 
4.22-5) :

# Notify the local system administrators ("Notices To") when any infections
# are found?
# This can also be the filename of a ruleset.
Send Notices = yes
#Send Notices = no

        If you want some notices, but not others, try a rules set.
