Local Postmaster "friendly name"?

Can the local postmaster friendly name be changed? I know you can
change:
 
Local Postmaster = postmaster at whatever.com
 
but the email still arrives as 'MailScanner'.
 
I've tried:
 
Local Postmaster = Company MailScanner <postmaster at whatever.com>
 
but this doesn't work.
 
I'd like our company name to show as well as MailScanner.
