Clamav-wrapper

What does anyone think of this?

I have commented out the max-files, max-space or max-recursion switches as
I don't want to disable any DoS protection. If you need them for some of
your local users, you will need to add them yourself.

It tries clamscan with all the options, and then tries a simpler command if
that one failed and clam complained it didn't like the command-line options.
