php scripts to check mqueue and mqueu.in

I had the problem yesterday where the virus update script hung and
mailscanner stopped processing.  So I created a php script to check
mqueue and mqueue.in directories - it sends an email alert using a
remote smtp server when a threshold is reached.

Also have a php admin front end to SQL and &ByDomainSpam white\black
lists.  It should be uploaded soon.
