mailscanner and debian woody 3.0

I don't suggest using Debian's version of MailScanner.  Download the tarball
from the MailScanner web site and follow the installation instructions
there.  I think I had to download some perl modules (and apply some patches)
and compile them too.  Debian Woody did not have everything needed.
