You've heard the joke about 10,000 lawyers at the bottom of the sea,
correct? ;^)

I agree with the sentiment that these aren't enforceable no matter what, but
the (hopefully useful) comment I wanted to make is that I've noticed that
disclaimers like these frequently cause a message to be marked as spam. :-)
So besides wasting your time, you may also be causing your messages to go
unread.
