Please help. Me very confused

I have installed Spamassassin & Mailscanner on a new machine as I have on a
number of others (all Redhat 7.3) using the Spamassassin & MailScanner RPM's
but this time I am getting the following error from MailScanner (in
/var/log/maillog)

"Aug  8 02:28:21 ensim MailScanner[27075]: SpamAssassin installation could
not be found"

How do I tell MailScanner where to look for spamassassin ?

All clues very welcome

If I do a spamassassin -D --lint I can confirm that I have dcc installed &
bayers has been taught by over 1000 spams

If I do a spamassassin -V I get:-
