Yes...

mv /etc/MailScanner/reports/en/languages.conf.rpmnew /etc/MailScanner/reports/en/languages.conf

And also check the other dirs for rpmnew files please to avoid more
trouble :)

Didnt you get this pasted on your screen once you upgraded also?
