Wildcards in To/From mail addresses for spam blacklists?

Would it be possible to use wildcards in the address lists for black/white
listing?

For example I want to block mail from:
superoffers at spam.com
superdeals at spam2.com
supercars at spam3.com
superwheels at spam3.com

could I just catch all of this crap by using wildcards in the mail
address?

like super*@spam?.com
