MailScanner on Red Hat 8.0 w/Exch (USER Unknown problem)

You are still running an old sendmail process.
Do
service sendmail stop
chkconfig sendmail off
Then do a "ps ax" and check there really aren't any sendmail processes left
running.
Kill any sendmail processes you find, then
service MailScanner restart
