Exim4

Tony,

A little request: any chance you might have time to update the Exim
installation instructions for Exim 4 please?

I would like to keep it as 2 conf files for Exim rather than your setup
using only 1, as scanning mail generated on the server is quite important
for a lot of MailScanner users out there.
