ANNOUNCE: Version 4.14 released

Shutdown all the sendmail processes before starting MailScanner for the
first time.
/etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail stop
then
ps ax | grep -i mail
and kill any leftovers. Then when you start MailScanner it should work.
