If someone can work out how to make MIME-tools handle other character sets
better, I would dearly like to know. I have mailed the author several times
about this, and got no response whatsoever. I believe it is possible, but I
can't figure out how from the docs at all. If you want to have a go, the
author's site is www.zeegee.com.
