SpamAssassin 2.31 and Razor 2.14

Hi,

I apologise if this is slightly off topic, but I am trying to configure
SpamAssassin along with Razor.  Whenever I run make test for
SA I get a message telling me that Razor is not installed, yet it
is.

Has anyone else experienced this?
