CommandAV wrapper

If there is no wrapper script, then just put the location of the
virus-scanner binary (/usr/bin/csav) in the mailscanner.conf "Sweep"
setting. But check there's no /opt/MailScanner/command directory on your
system containing a wrapper script :-)
