Version 4 ignoring settings?

I've just installed the latest version 4 RPM on RH 7.2 and the upgrade
from 3 was pretty painless (thanks Julian). However, it seems to be
ignoring settings that I have changed in MailScanner.conf. For example,
I have set "Notices Include Full Headers = yes" but it doesn't. I have
changed "Hostname =" but the reports still use "the Mailscanner". I
have told it to hide full paths to quarantined items but it doesn't.
I've changed the postmaster e-mail address but it still uses
"postmaster".

I stopped version 3 before upgrading as advised.

Just wondering what I have done wrong :)
