Block mail attachments for some users.

Hi,
I am using mailscanner 3.23-3 version.
I wanted to know if there is some option present in
mailscanner ,which will allow only certain users to
send attachments and block other users.
For eg, I would like to allow only managers in my
organization to send .doc attachments and block the
other users from sending .doc attachments.
