I have just released version 4.03-1.

New improvements for this release include

-  I have added the ability for you to be able to write your own custom
functions to set the values of configuration options. So if you want to
retrieve settings from a database, for example, you now can do that.
-  Improvements to the install.sh script in the RPM distribution to guard
against problems which might catch you out.
-  Improvements to the Sophos sophos-autoupdate script so that it handles
their new ".vdb" files properly.
    The next time Sophos users replace their Sophos installation, they will
need this new script or else the automatic updates will fail.
-  Minor bug fix in logging of warnings.
