Hmmm, I tried adding that to a V3 spam.assassin.prefs.conf (SA 2.43),
restarted MS and it had no effect on a test message. Is there a magic
tweak required for some other part of SpamAssassin to get it to use
rules from a user prefs file?

The instructions said to use Windows 98 or better, so I installed
RedHat.
