Coupa-things....

1: Could someone please point me to the doc(s) that explain
the 'how, when, where' etc for writing a ruleset, specifically

I want a ruleset to convert html messages to plain text, but
only for some users [in our case, students, so if it can be
applied to a group that would be great].

2: Don't suppose there is a way to grep thru mail content - using
key words, for a groups mail, is there?

Any help, advice, examples, pointers much appreciated
