I know this is way off topic, but you guys (esp. Julian) are sooooo smart I
know you can answer this one. I read the man pages and looked through
CPAN.pm and Config.pm and could not find an answer.

How can I configure CPAN to use ncftp first instead of LWP and Net::FTP?
