mailscanner problem

when i try to send a mail to mailscanner he means

Could not open file >/var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/20
il MailScanner[20486]: Cannot create + lock headers file
/var/spool/MailScanne
il MailScanner[20481]: Could not open file

/var/spool/MailScanne

the directory is aviable with chmod 777, with old 3.x version Mailscanner
works fine just after New install 4.x version he has problems....
