no Notify Senders = yes Send Notices = yes

With:

Deliver Cleaned Messages = yes

Sender is not notified about silent viruses (good)
Postmaster is notified about silent viruses (good)

With:

Deliver Cleaned Messages = no

Sender is notified about silent viruses (bad)
Postmaster is notified about silent viruses (good)

Unfortunately, 'no' is my preference ;)
