Problems starting Mailscanner

Do an "rpm --rebuild" on the HTML-Tagset and HTML-Parser modules.
Then
         cd /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/noarch
and "rpm -Uvh perl-HTML-Tagset*rpm" to install that one.
Then
         cd /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386
and do the same to perl-HTML-Parser which should be in there.

It may be that one of the tests is failing when it tries to build
HTML-Parser, I've seen that happen.

Get back to me with results and I'll try to make it go away.
