ANNOUNCE: 4.01-5 released

Ugh...  Besides not getting Warning messages sent, now I'm not getting
postmaster notices after upgrading to this version.  I'm even trying
using the distro'd mailscanner.conf.

This is a bug-fix release.

It fixes an important bug that could cause MailScanner to stop
processing mail. It also fixes some problems in the spam-handling code.

I strongly advise all Version 4 users to upgrade to this release.

There are no new configuration options, so the upgrade should be very
quick and easy to do.
