Yes. Things have changed quite a bit. I suggest you read through the new
docs and the new conf file(s) to start with. Particularly, things like spam
white/blacklists have changed completely. It's multi-process now too, so
the startup and shutdown scripts need to be different. It will probably
take you an hour or so to sort out all the differences, at a guess.

Take a look at the ChangeLog (in the docs directory) for a pretty full list
of what has changed. Reading this will give you a very good idea of how to
upgrade, and what has changed.

P.S. 4.01-2 is out already, with much better support for Perl 5.005 systems
and Raq 3 systems.
