Strange problem with Spam

Hi,

I have a very strange problem with SpamAssassin. I rent a server and
have all my mailboxes on it. At home, I run a linux box and use
fetchmail, to pick up my mails. On both machines MailScanner 3.24-1 and
SpamAssassin is installed. I have been watching a strange thing for
quiet a few days now, when mails were not tagged as spam on the server
but on my linux box, which is correct. Is it possible, that mails are
treated incorrect due to different versions of SpamAssassin? (Version on
the server is 2.43, on the linux box 2.20) Have you experiencing similar
things?
