Blocking Delivery Status Notifications?

Could I nominate M$ Exchange as a virus? :)

Seriously though, I think there must be more people out there using 
Exchange and the reasons to block these stupid DSN confirmations are 
obvious.

Would you consider it a feature for a future version?
