It does on my version of MailScanner (3.24-1)

a sample entry (some fields munged to x's)

xxx.com) is spam according to SpamAssassin (score=14.4, required 5.5,
BIG_FONT, CLICK_BELOW, CLICK_BELOW_CAPS, CTYPE_JUST_HTML, EXCUSE_15,
EXCUSE_3, FORGED_AOL_RCVD, FRONTPAGE, HTML_50_70, HTML_FONT_COLOR_BLUE,
HTML_FONT_COLOR_GRAY, HTTP_USERNAME_USED, MSG_ID_ADDED_BY_MTA_2,
REMOVE_PAGE, SPAM_PHRASE_13_21, SUBJ_HAS_SPACES, TRACKER_ID, X_PRIORITY_HIGH)

Did you restart mailscanner since changing the option?
What version are you running?
