The "Spam Score" header is an option you can turn on in V4. It's not done
in V3 (and it's not going to be).

Just got to get the mailscanner.conf.in written for autoconf (tonight's
job) and write some docs at some point. Any volunteers for writing docs?
(he says, promptly getting flattened in the rampage, NOT!)
