ORDB-RBL timed out and was killed

I too have recently upgraded to 3.24.1 on a RAQ4 and have:

RBL Check ORDB-RBL timed out and was killed, consecutive failure 2 of 7

As you can see it is not just the first one and seems to be continuing.

Any suggestions please ?
