OpenWebmail & Headers & MS3.23-5

Since updating to Mailscanner 3.23-5 I noticed the headers no longer show up
in OpenWebmail.  I finally figured it out.  Since updating to 3.23-5 the
Mailscanner headers are up above the too and from stuff.  This simply does
not show up in Openwebmail when you click on "show all headers".  Prior to
this release, when they were lower in the headers they showed up fine.

It does seem strange that when you click "show all headers" they don't ALL
show up.
