Filename Modify Subject

I have the following in mailscanner.conf.  The "Subject Text" was
modified for testing purposes:

Virus Modify Subject = yes
Virus Subject Text = {VIRUS VIRUS?}

Filename Subject Text = {FILENAME VIRUS?}

When I send an uninfected message with "testfile.wav" as an attachment
(deny \.wav$) in the filename.rules.conf file, the Subject will be
"{VIRUS VIRUS?}"  From what I gather with the above settings, there
should be no Subject modification.

If I change to "Filename Modify Subject = yes", then the Subject will
properly be "{FILENAME VIRUS?}"

With both set to "no," it correctly does nothing with the Subject.

Anybody else seeing this?
