V4 style Spam Score Header patch for 3.23-5

If anyone wants to have the Spam Score Header capability in 3.23-5, I've
attached a patch that provides that capability. It works like it does in
the V4 code (I lifted the config file bits from V4). The patch can be
applied to the 3.23-5 tar distribution like:

cd MailScanner-3.23-5
patch -p1 </path-to/spam-score.patch

and it adds the config rules for:

Spam Score Header = X-MailScanner-SpamScore:
Spam Score Character = s
Spam Score = yes

The added header would then look like

X-MailScanner-SpamScore: sssss

Which makes it easy to do client filtering of potential spam.
