You would probably have to do this with V4 as a rule.  I don't know exactly how the rule would have to be written, but it seems to
me you'd have to run something like demime on your spams.

Can you have emails with html that has been tagged as spam get converted to
simple text and then delivered?  If so how?  Thanks.
