At the moment messages with external body are completely blocked.
What is the plan for V4.00? To mantain the complete block or to just block
the 'Message/External-body' sections and pass all the rest of the message?

I'm asking just because I discovered IETF sends its announcements for new
Internet Drafts with a format containing both the plain announcement and the
pointers to the documents.
