Deleting infected messages being sent through MailScanner

I'm trying to figure out a way to make MailScanner not deliver messages
that are being sent through it that contain viruses.  I guess I'm
missing something, because I've yet to been able to make this
functionality work.

I'm currently using the new 4.0 version of MailScanner, with sendmail
8.12 and Kaspersky antivirus.  As a test, I'm sending Pretty_Park.exe to
another address on a separate server (on a separate network), and the
email and the file are both delivered.  Any help on this would be much
appreciated.
