Turn off Procmail?

I have MailScanner running on Redhat 8 using Sendmail. I'm getting a lot
of these messages in the maillog:
Warning: program /usr/bin/procmail unsafe: Group writable directory

Should I turn off procmail? Should I "dnl" the following lines and m4
sendmail then restart MailScanner?
define(`PROCMAIL_MAILER_PATH',`/usr/bin/procmail')dnl
FEATURE(local_procmail,`',`procmail -t -Y -a $h -d $u')dnl
MAILER(procmail)dnl

Any other suggestions?
