How to install patch command on RH 7.3

I get the following when I try to install MailScanner.


[root at www:/home/dpowell/MailScanner/MailScanner-4.05-3]# ./install.sh


You need to install the patch command from your Linux distribution.
Once you have done that, please try running this script again.
[root at www:/home/dpowell/MailScanner/MailScanner-4.05-3]#


Can some one tell me how to install the patch command?
