How to notify only certain senders of virus in thier email?

Hi
I would like to only notify senders of a certain domain or subset of ip
addresses if they have a virus in the email they sent.
Is there a way to do this in MailScanner 4.05 ?
It says you can put a file with rules instead of just yes and no.
But how should that file look like say if I only wanted to notify
senders belonging to the domain mydomain.com
