German version of David While's mailstat script

Hi,

I finally managed to get a german version of Davids mailstat.pl script,
to have the output in my favourite language :-)

Anybody who is interested can download it at

Important: to have a complete german output, you have to edit the
mrtg.cfg file. Add the line Language: german. This works fine with mrtg
version 2.9.25
