I notice you have a number of domain-related RFC-IGNORANT blacklists in
that file but you don't have RFC-IGNORANT-IPWHOIS in there with the
IP-based blacklists.

I have added the following blacklists:
|WIREHUB-DNSBL                   blackholes.wirehub.net.
|SPEWS                           spews.relays.osirusoft.com.
|RFC-IGNORANT-IPWHOIS            ipwhois.rfc-ignorant.org.
