Mailscanner and attatchments

Hi,

Is it possible to limit the size of the attatchments that a certain
domain com receive? Or maybe for someone specific?

Let's say i have a domain that wants to block every attatchments
bigger then 1,5 mgs, but that manager wants to receive theirs (sic)...
